force. Funny how our culture and old ways are no more respected.
Masquerades
are a very important part of African culture, but times have changed,
blame it on westernization or civilization, times have changed. These
masked men however have changed themselves, some of them now hide behind
masks and heavy clothing to commit atrocities...Begging, Shop lifting,
flogging innocent citizens, Molests etc.
